About Primitive Planters

Primitive Planters is a woman owned company co-founded by Jenny & Sharon, childhood friends, out of passion for gardening and bringing back "hanging plants and flowes" to a whole new level, with the variety of plant hangers they offer.

Sharon Kuslaka & Jennifer Lavoie have been friends for over 20 years, and both have an entrepreneurial spirit and make a great creative team. Sharon has over 13 years of marketing and management skills and a zest for coming up with new ideas and patenting them. Jennifer is a professional model and previously owned a successful tapestry bag business and is currently working on two new start up companies. Jennifer has the experience in dealing with the quality assurance of textiles, product and the manufacturing process, while Sharon makes sure they market the product properly through different channels.

We are the original founders of the patented fabric plant hangers.
